Delivery Information

Here at Kevela - Online Cycle Components we strive to despatch orders as soon as possible, this is normally within 2 working days of receipt of your order, where possible we try to despatch either the same day or the very next working day for stocked items.

All small orders totalling a packaged weight of less than 3kg are usually sent via Royal Mail, larger and bulkier orders will be sent via a carrier. We always confirm the delivery method in the despatch confirmation email.

The time it takes an order to reach you can vary depending on your location, most deliveries sent to UK Mainland addresses normally arrive within 3 to 5 working days, however there can be occasions when this time is extended. Delivery delays can occur in times of adverse weather, industrial action or busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Fast UK Delivery is available by choosing "UK Express (Next Day)" in the delivery option, when you checkout, Choosing this option will mean you order will be sent by a carrier using a next working day service (this does not includeSaturdays or Sundays). This is ideal if you need your order quickly. We will confirm by email exacltly what day your order should arrive. Please note orders received after 1pm may miss our collection for Next Day delivery and therefore will be despatched the very next available working day,

Delivery to the EU from 1st July 2021

From the 1st of July 2021 The EU is ending the VAT exemptions for small parcels valued lower than 22 Euros. From this date all parcels entering the EU will now incur additional charges such as Import duties/VAT and a handling charge. Please be aware we are not responsible for any additional charges made after the item/s have been despatched.

This may lead to a slight delay in customers receiving their orders in the EU, normally this would be around 15-20 working days however due to the new requirements we are now advising customers to allow up to 50 working days.

Deliveries to locations outside the UK and Europe can take longer and we would advise allowing up to 30 working days.
